Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes

The November minutes were read and approved.
One motor vehicle abatement was granted with all appropriate forms signed.
2014 budgets were reviewed and approved by the Board to be submitted to the Selectmen and Finance committee.
Further information was discussed on the ownership of Parcel 297/101.0-0000-0076.0 and possibilities if further actions. Jessica had met with the assumed owners and conveyed their information to the Board of Assessors.
Susan Moore recused herself from the meeting.
The Board granted Chapter 61B applications for Wildwood Property Owners Association. The Wildwood office will be contacted so that forms can be filed with the Hamden County Registry of Deeds.
